During a visit to the vibrant city of Macau, I had the opportunity to capture a Blade Runner-inspired photoshoot with Mário. We explored the atmospheric old town, searching for locations that perfectly embodied a cyberpunk, retro-futuristic aesthetic. Macau's unique blend of Chinese and Portuguese influences, combined with its iconic casino culture, made for the perfect backdrop. As we wandered through neon-lit alleys and shadowy streets, the towering Casino Lisboa loomed in the distance, while we navigated bustling Chinese markets set against traditional Portuguese cobblestone paths. This photoshoot truly brought our sci-fi imaginations to life amidst Macau's electric energy. The fusion of tradition and futuristic elements in Macau’s old town offered a dreamlike setting for cinematic portrait photography. Each shot felt like a frame from a dystopian film, blending reality with a futuristic vision.
